Lighthouse

I’m participating in the Kit & Clowder Marker classes. I’ve completed the August class which was instruction on coloring a lighthouse. The majority of the time, I do not have the same marker color as used in the class, but that’s ok because it is about learning the technique.

Below is my rendition. As I have completed quite a few of Kit & Clowder’s classes I have been able to incorporate things I’ve already learned into this months project. Things I’ve done differently are: used alternate marker colors, flipped the image direction, added the stripe around the lighthouse, added additional windows and popped a dolphin up in the clouds.

Such a fun class. If you are interested in exploring or enrolling here is the link to the Kit & Clowder website. You can enroll in marker or pencil or both classes. Along with each class you get, written instruction, video instruction, one on one tutoring AND on top of that a bonus lesson! The price for this is really reasonable! Check it out and let Alyce know I sent you (I’ll get a little credit myself).

Note: Kit & Clowder uses each monthly subscription to: “Your support helps us to help others with free monthly craft workshops for our Queensland Children’s Hospital and Cancer Council, and helps to keep our classes and group community and giveaways running today.”. What a great cause!

I am submitting my card into the following challenges:
Di’s Digi’s – HAND COLORED IMAGE Challenge
Wk 36 Anything Goes Craft & Card Making challenge at Polkadoodles
